Mr. Richard Plumb has a dream of education and founded Ke Rui De Kindergarten in Shenyang, China. He integrates Western education with traditional Chinese educational concepts and uses unique thematic exploratory courses to stimulate children's curiosity. He uses their innate imagination to design experiential activities, allowing children's creativity to be recognized in practical exploration and making learning a fun thing in every child's life, thus embarking on the path of exploration and self-learning.

Richard believes that traditional Chinese culture is the most profound and extensive, and it is crucial to establish the concept of "I am proud of China" in early childhood. While consolidating Chinese culture, international diversified education should be injected to help children establish clear self positioning, correct outlook on life, world, and values. The spoken English serves as a tool for free travel around the world in the future, becoming an "international free race".

Richard believes that Claride's educational vision of "speaking English naturally and walking freely around the world" will be realized in every Claride child.
